This project was a referral from our Highland Park project, and we were excited to dive in! Our client here was also fantastic to work with and had fully designed plans before we started. As the pictures show this mid-century home had a few surprises for us as we opened up the walls but nothing we hadn’t seen before. Our great plumbing partners at Roger’s Plumbing reworked all the plumbing and Alpha Team was with us as usual to rework the electrical and bring everything up to code. Great design touches like a full wall tile wrapping into a full-length shower niche made this bathroom really pop! Double pedestal sinks allowed us to modernize the look while not overloading the relatively small footprint and the addition of a pony wall provided needed privacy to the toilet area. The finishing touch is everyone’s favorite… the dog wallpaper!
