Our client on this project has owned this rental property for over 40 years! It was time for a new kitchen and they reached out to us for help. As a rental property it was important to be budget friendly while still selecting quality materials and installing them to last. We adjusted the kitchen layout to maximize counter space and storage and modernized the space by removing the old fur downs and installing can lighting. The transformative nature of the results is obvious when looking at the before and after photos!
